What is “florist choice”?
All our online orders are made with our weekly seasonal selection of fresh flowers. We choose the best quality blooms and build different colors palettes every week. We don’t work with formulas or recipes. Our florists build each arrangement organically with what’s available ensuring no two arrangements are alike. You will always receive a one of a kind arrangement made especially for you from the best quality blooms.
Can I choose the flowers and colors In my bouquet/ arrangement?
Atelier Belladonna designs all daily bouquets based on market availability. We choose the colors and flowers that meet our quality and style standard. If you would like to choose your own colors and flowers, this would qualify as a bespoke or custom arrangement. Those start at $150. See bespoke for more information.
What time can I expect delivery?
Atelier Belladonna delivers Monday - Friday between 10 and 6pm. If the delivery address is a business, please let us know your hours of operation in the additional delivery information. Our delivery team takes the most efficient route and we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
My zip code Is not in your delivery area. Can you still deliver to me?
Atelier Belladonna can only deliver daily designs to our listed delivery zip codes. If you are outside our delivery area, consider picking-up at The Citadel (8300 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33138) or arrange for a private courier. We can deliver bespoke orders and wedding packages to all of Miami-Dade and Broward and Palm Beach and Monroe Counties. Additional delivery charges Apply.
Can I include a message with my order?
Yes! Atelier Belladonna attaches a card to every order. You will see a spot for your message in the check-out form. If left black, you will receive a blank card and may write in the message yourself if you wish.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict, all sales are final policy. If you see something wrong with your arrangement or plant, please refuse the delivery and contact us so we can take necessary action.
What if i need to cancel or change an order?
If you need help with an order, the best way to reach us is by emailing flowers@atelierbelladonna.com or you can call the atelier at 786-622-4089 Monday - Thursday 10am-4pm
WEDDING FAQ
Can I have the personal flowers and centerpieces delivered to separate addresses?
Yes! A separate delivery fee will be added to your order. Costs vary depending on the distance between your two locations and number of items.
Can I have a consultation with you to discuss my flowers?
Yes! Wedding consultations are available over the phone, zoom or in person to discuss your wedding flowers. To schedule a consultation and check on availability, send us an email to flowers@atelierbelladonna.com or fill out the contact form here.
